Cop charged with animal cruelty over sex with cows Authorities said they arrested Melia and Lewis on Saturday after executing a search warrant at Melia's home and seizing his computer and various pornographic materials. Melia is being held on $500,000 bail at the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly.
