California here we come, right back where we...
Should all 'gays' move to California? As Christians, we are to be about the Father's business by persistently telling others about Jesus and how His death, burial and resurrection paved the way to heaven for all. Notice that I said all. That certainly includes homosexuals. When Jesus looks upon us, he doesn't see gay or straight, black or white (or anything in between), rich or poor. He sees only people in need of the Savior. We must also see people in this way and compassionately reach out with the Gospel of Christ to everyone.
Life is a highway(continuum)
Dawkins tried to buy Einstein letter Biologist Professor Richard Dawkins has revealed he was one of the bidders who lost out in an auction for a letter by Albert Einstein. Dawkins, a renowned atheist, had hoped to buy the note in which the physicist describes religious beliefs as "childish superstitions". However, it sold for £170,000, which Dawkins admitted was considerably more than he was prepared to pay.
To serve and protect....whom?
'Gay' cop accused of molesting child Authorities in New York have launched a case against a police officer who once led a department "gay" organization, alleging he preyed on a relative's adopted son and forced the boy to have sex with him. Jaime Katz, a veteran officer now assigned to the Police Academy, "developed a relationship … and over time groomed him for sex and sex-related acts," Assistant District Attorney John Temple said, according to the New York Post.

The United States of Fantasyland California's Supreme Court has made its contribution to the ongoing debasement of our law, our language and our culture by legalizing same-sex marriage. California now has law in the tradition of Groucho Marx who said, "Who are you going to believe, me or your own eyes." When the court says there is no difference between couples consisting of a man and a woman, a man and a man, or a woman and a woman, and that it's irrelevant that only one combination can produce children, whom are you going to believe? The court or your own eyes?

No kidding, no FOOLING
Love letter to a fool Dear fool, Please don't misunderstand me; I'm not addressing you in sarcasm, derision or, especially, self-righteousness. My life has been riddled with mistakes, foolishness and outright sins. I'm no saint, but there is a redemptive feature I sadly don't share with you: I believe in a God who understands my failings and forgives me when I sincerely ask Him to. No, I identify you with the Bible description, in the words of the psalmist David: "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God.'"

Beware 'The Village' ...the revolution of the '60s and '70s hit, and things changed. Some changes were for the better – such as learning to judge others by the content of their character rather than their skin color or gender – but most of the changes were for the worse. Too many women stopped being anchors for their families, and instead entered the workforce and decided that men were oppressive. Homes were torn apart. Personal responsibility became passé. The village all but ceased to exist, and children were cut adrift because of it.
Up close with the Word
Street preacher now running for mayor Guyeski's conflict with authorities in his town of Alma, Ark., came when he was on a public sidewalk preaching and police and school district officials told him to find another location. Guyeski said he feels called to preach to his community, but a vice principal from Alma High School first warned him against speaking on the sidewalk, then two police officers approached him and made a suggestion.

Pope thanks virgins for 'total gift' Committed virgins were the forerunners of nuns in the Roman Catholic Church. The Vatican revived the rite, not practiced for centuries, in 1970. The pope said the women's vocation was deeply meaningful, even if it could be seen as "dark and useless" by some of those who do not share the Catholic faith.

...God's shrinking land grant
Israel at 60: U.S. funding immorality Israel distinguishes between citizenship rights, such as the right to vote, which is available to non-Jewish citizens of the state, and nationality rights, which are reserved for Jews. This is not a feature of democracy as we know it. Several laws have been enacted in Israel whose intention is clearly to maintain Jewish numerical superiority and to reinforce the Jewish character of the state, all of which belie the claim that Israel is a democracy.
Inadvertently helped Stern's decaying career
Dolly Parton 'shocked' at Howard Stern They have done editing or some sort of trickery to make this horrible, horrible thing. Please accept my apology for them and certainly know I had nothing to do with this." She concluded: "If there was ever going to be a lawsuit, it's going to be over this. Just wanted you to know that I am completely devastated by this."
