I can tell you part of the reason
Hawaii won't and can't tell the truth [about Obama's birth records]. I have heard many comments from Hawaiians that they have never liked the fact that the U.S. made them a state and took away their individuality and personal right to rule their own islands. So what they are doing is "payback." The natives in this country also found a way for payback. It's called casinos, to take the white man's money from him in order to enrich themselves for what happened to them in this country.
Puerto Rico is next. They have said no to being the 51st state, yet Congress is trying to force them to become a state. There will be trouble there if Congress succeeds.
